Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 4th respondent herein in No. EDN/K/CM/F1112/264/2022 dated 23.12.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 herein to constitute a committee consisting of neutral persons or with the members of the education authority and conduct an inspection and scrutinize the accounts of the 3rd respondent school with regard to loss caused to the tune of Rs. 1,32,95,622/- to the 3rd respondent school.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Ragatheesh Kumar Advocate for M/s. Isaac Chambers for the Petitioner and of Mr.T.Pon Ramkumar Advocate for the 1st Respondent this Court made the following order:
This petition is filed seeking to extend the period for compliance of the order, dated 06.01.2023 in W.P(MD)No.333 of 2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/respondents 3 to 5 seeks further extension of two months time to conclude the disciplinary proceedings as against the first respondent/writ petitioner.
3.In view of the same, time is granted till 30.11.2023 to comply with the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.333 of 2023, dated 06.01.2023. No further extension of time will be granted.
4.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
