[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 16.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders, to shift the project of

construction of Primary Health Center from Melur Devanallur to Keezhur Devanallur in the available Government Poramboke land in S.No.1132/1, Keezhur Devanallur, Nanguneri Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2. According to the respondents, the Primary Health Centre has been constructed at Melur Devanallur and the same is functioning from 04.07.2020.

3. In view of the aforesaid development, no further orders can be passed in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed. No Costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. [D.K.K., J.] [R.V., J.] 12.02.2024 Index :
