Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The writ petition is for return of the articles seized from the petitioner. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the petitioner filed a Crl MP No.228 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Nagercoil and pursuant to the direction given by the court, the articles were returned to the petitioner in the year 2016 itself.

3.This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
