Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta. The prayer in the writ petition is to expeditiously conclude the patta proceedings.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader informs the Court on the strength of instructions that the authorities are ready to consider the petitioner's case. But the petitioner is not extending her cooperation and furnishing the relevant document. As and when the petitioner appears before the third respondent with the documents sought for, they are ready to pass final order. It is for the petitioner to approach the third respondent and obtain speedy relief.
