The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint, dated 09.05.2018.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the complaint of the petitioner dated 09.05.2018, has been registered in Crime No.87 of 2018 on 03.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 294 (b) and 506(i) IPC. He has also produced a copy of the FIR before this Court. 3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
