This Writ Petition is filed for issuing a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to issue passport to the petitioner on the basis of online application given on 07.03.2014 bearing application No.MD2067543767514.

W.P.(MD)No.12703 of 2015 2.The petitioner has admitted the fact that the application filed by him earlier was rejected with the direction to the petitioner to apply fresh passport with all the documents and required fees before the first respondent. In the rejection letter, the petitioner was further directed to quote the file number at the appropriate place for scrutiny of the petitioner's application. 3.In such circumstances, the prayer for positive direction cannot be granted. Hence, giving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application as indicated by the first respondent and pursue the same, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
