Respondent/Complainant Prayer : This Criminal Original Petition filed Under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for records relating to the complaint in M.C.No. 13/2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam and quash the same in so far as the petitioners are concerned. ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court and the letter received from the Principal District Judge, Thoothukudi in D.No.2701/A1/2020, dated 18.09.2020 forwarding the letter in D.No.841 dated 15.09.2020 of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vilathikulam, seeking further 3 months time to dispose the case, this Court made the following order: By order dated 17.09.
2019, this Court directed the Court below to complete the trial in MC.No.13 of 2015 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 2.The Court below has submitted a letter in D.No.2701/A1/2020 dated 18.09.2020, wherein, citing Covid-19 lockdown, the learned Judge requested for extension of three months to comply with the above order dated 17.09.2019.
3.There is no objection on the side of the petitioner in extending the time limit.
