Nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition, in view of the order passed in W.P.(MD) No.5716 of 2018, vide order dated 15.02.2022. In the aforesaid writ petition, which was filed by the petitioner herein, liberty was granted to her to workout the alternate remedy before the 1st respondent/the Joint Commissioner, Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department, Ellis Nagar, Madurai.
