ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the revenue record has been mutated in favour of one Srinivasan S/o.Gopala Krishnan during town settlement proceedings. Necessary changes have also been duly incorporated in the town survey land register. If the petitioner has any grievance, it is open to the petitioner to move the Revenue Divisional Officer.

3. With this liberty to the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
