ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P(MD)No.4833 of 2022, dated 18.03.2022, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this Contempt Petition. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court is complied with and has produced a proceedings of the second respondent/District Registrar (Admin), Palayamkottai, in Na.Ka.No. 1672/A3/2022, dated 25.07.2022, wherein it has been stated that Document No.8454/2021 has been registered by following the procedures and the Will, which was cited by the petitioner in the complaint, was not registered and therefore, the petitioner's request has been rejected, advising him to approach the competent civil Court to redress his grievance. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the said decision, he is at liberty to file an appeal before the first respondent/Deputy Inspector General of Registration, Tirunelveli, within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt a copy of the said proceedings. 2/4
