This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to implement the Resolution, dated on 27.01.2014, passed by the 2nd respondent for conducting fresh tender for the works allotted under IUDM Scheme. 2.The relief sought for this writ petition may not be survive at this length of time and accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
