The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing her under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that based on the complaint given by the respondents 4 & 5, an enquiry has been conducted in CSR.No.190 of 2025 and it was closed, on 22.05.2025.
