ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to take necessary action against the respondents 4 to 6 by conducting an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 05.07.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submits that the complaint of the petitioner has been treated as petition enquiry in C.S.R.No.438 of 2025, dated 17.07.2025 and they are conducting preliminary enquiry.

3.Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to conclude the petition enquiry within a period of three weeks from 2/4

the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the event, if any cognizable offence is made, it is open to the respondent police to register a case. In the event, if they are closing the complaint, the copy of the closure report must be furnished to the petitioner, enabling the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
