ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 3 and 4 to consider the candidature of the petitioner and promote him to the post of Physical Director in any one of the upcoming vacancies in any one of the schools under the third respondent, by following due selection process.

2. Even according to the petitioner, the post of Physical Director at present is not vacant.

3. In view of the above, as and when vacancy arises in the post of Physical Director in any one of the schools coming under the third respondent and if the petitioner is found to be eligible to be accommodated in the said post, the third and fourth respondents shall suitably consider the candidature of the petitioner in accordance with law.
