Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents. 2/4
2. The petitioner's grievance is that in front of his shop, there are encroachments. The writ petition was filed in July 2015.
3. When the matter was taken up for final disposal, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that as on date, there are no encroachments.
4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
