Prayer in WP(MD). 1782/ 2019 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent herein to dispose the petition pending for the past 5 years in Na.Ka.1575/2014/2013/AA5 before the Tahsildar, Thanjavur for deletion of name of the 2nd and 3rd respondents which is entered into the joint patta No.11029 without any rights in the Survey No.210/1A1 & 210/1C to the extent of 2.37 hectares land situated at Nanchikottai village, Thanjavur Taluk & Dist within the time frame that may be fixed by this Honble Court.
