: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records pertaining to the detention order passed by the second respondent made in his proceedings in P.D.O.No.49/2019 (I.P.D.A.No.18642) dated 29.08.2019 on the file of the District Collector/District Magistrate, Pudukkottai and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu or body of the detenu namely Duraisamy, aged about 52 years, S/o.Ramaiah, now detained at Central Prison, Trichy before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
