This criminal original petition has been filed for directing the respondent police to provide the petitioner with adequate police protection for constructing the petition mentioned compound wall. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the opponent parties have appeared before the police and given an undertaking that they have no objection for putting up the construction after measurement of the land based on the documents.
