Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.K.K.SAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI,Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioners before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, as ordered by this Court.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the petitioners have been granted anticipatory bail on 08.09.2021, the petitioners were not communicated by this order and they latter came to know about the passing of this order and hence, they could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.
