ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in I.A.No.1049 of 2017 in I.A.No.859 of 2017 in O.S.No.1152 of 2017 dated 19.12.2017 on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli.

2. It is seen from the records that originally the revision petitioner as plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.1152 of 2017 before the II Additional Subordinate Court, Tiruchirappalli and subsequently the case was transferred to the newly constituted Subordinate Court at Manapparai and the same was renumbered as O.S.No.123 of 2020.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the suit in 2/4

O.S.No. 123 of 2020 was ordered to be dismissed for default on 12.10.2022 and he has also produced the copy of the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.123 of 2020 and as such, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
