ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 341, 294(b) and 363 of I.P.C., in Crime No.not known of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It appears that it is a matrimonial dispute between the first petitioner and his wife, who is the complainant herein. The custody of child is involved in this issue. The matter was referred to Mediation. The parties did not settle the issue before the Mediation Centre.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that so far no case has been registered against the petitioner and only the petition enquiry is pending.

CRL OP(MD). No.17765 of 2021 4.Since no case has been registered against the petitioner till date and it is a matrimonial issue, which involves the custody of child, the respondent may advise the parties to solve the dispute through appropriate civil proceedings. During the course of enquiry, if any case is registered against the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 5.With the above liberty this criminal original petition is disposed of.
