The Writ Petition is filed for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the impugned transfer order dated 16.10.2018 on the file of the respondents 3 to 5 and consequent relieving order dated 16.10.2018 on the file of the third respondent and quash the same.

2. The learned counsel for the third respondent submits that pursuant to the said order, if the petitioner had joined and continued in the CS School at Tirunmangalam, the petitioner can make application to the respondent management seeking for payment of salary including arrears of salary if any, to him.
