O R D E R

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.182 of 2020 registered on the file of the respondent for the offences under Sections 447, 427, 294(b) and 506(ii) of IPC. 2.To direct the respondent to file final report, this criminal original petition has been filed.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, submitted that within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. On such filing, the jurisdictional Court will take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.
