ORDER

This petition is filed to withdraw the case in Crime No.97 of 2018 dated 29.01.2018 from the second respondent and transfer the same to the fourth respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that investigation in Crime No.97 of 2018 has been completed and during the investigation, it came to light that it was mistake of fact, based upon which, final report was filed before the concerned Court.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19029 of 2018 further action has been dropped, the petitioner has to work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has not received closure report so far. The petitioner can get the closure from the office of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor. 4.With the above liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
