When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has became infructuous, hence the writ petition may be dismissed. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. 2.Therefore, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
