This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned order dated 01.11.2017 uploaded in the website of the first respondent in so far as the petitioner herein is concerned and consequently direct the respondents herein to permit petitioner to get reappointed as Director of any company or appointed as Director in any company without hindrance. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
