ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the District Registrar (Administration) to dispose of the petitioner's Appeal in Appeal No.2603 of 2015, dated 30.06.2015, in which, the petitioner has sought for cancellation of sale deed invoking Circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011.

2. The learned Counsel for the official respondents has pointed out that the said circular No.67 has already been withdrawn and as of now, the first respondent will not have any powers to entertain the appeal 2/4

made by the writ petitioner seeking cancellation of the sale deed. In case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the registration of the said sale deed, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent Civil Court for cancellation of the said sale deed, dated 28.09.2006.

3. With the above said observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
