PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned proceedings issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.A1/1357/09, dated 25.03.2009, quash the same in so far as the petitioner's property bearing plot No.24 measuring 2130 sq.ft in Old Survey No.65/33, New Survey No.310/5A1 J situate at Kalanivasal Village, Sivagangai District is concerned and direct the second respondent to register the deeds executed by the petitioner in respect of her above property.

The present Writ Petition has been filed to challenge a Memo issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, on 25.03.2009 to the Registration Authorities not to register any document in relation to Survey Nos.65/1 and 65/2, in Kalanivasal Group, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District. 2/5
2. According to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the said impugned Memo was challenged in W.P(MD) No.1032 of 2015 and this Court by its order, dated 01.06.2015, has allowed the said Writ Petition and set aside the said Memo. This Court, has also directed the Registration Authority to register the document presented by the writ petitioner therein.
3. A perusal of the order passed by the learned Single Judge, in W.P(MD) No. 1032 of 2015, dated 01.06.2015, clearly indicates that the same impugned Memo has been quashed and a direction has been issued to the Registration Authority to register the document.
4. In view of the above said observation, this Writ Petition stands allowed as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
