Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANANDKUMAR J, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimeinal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time to surrender of the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, as ordered by this Court.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to the death of her child, the petitioner was mentally depressed and hence, she could not produce the sureties within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Court.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and time is extended by 10 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
