ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first respondent to transfer the investigation in respect of Crime No.230 of 2024 on the file of the third respondent to some other Investigation Agency or to some other competent police officer and complete the investigation within the time limit as fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.230 of 2024 on 09.06.2024 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 342, 506(2) and 302 IPC against 6 unknown persons and after investigation, they found the involvement of four more persons and out of 10 persons, 9 persons have already been arrested and that they have already examined witnesses and are waiting for forensic and CDR report and seeks one month time to file final report.

3. Recording the same, the third respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.230 of 2024 and file final report before the jurisdictional Court within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The second respondent is directed to monitor the same.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
