PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in its order, dated 10.06.2025, passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9668 of 2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9668 of 2025 dated 10.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners

have been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have complied with the condition regularly. The first petitioner is having four previous cases and the second petitioner is having one previous case.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.O.P(MD).No.9668 of 2025 dated 10.06.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police weekly once, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders.
