[Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] This contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience of the order, dated 12.04.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No.7973 of 2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent made a submission that the order of this Court dated 12.04.2023, made in W.P.(MD) No.7973 of 2023, has been complied with and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings of the respondent, dated 28.07.2023.

3. In view of the above submission, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this contempt petition.
