The petitioner, with a grievance that the respondent police is harassing her, has filed this petition.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner. He further submits that they are in search of one Baththevathai Sula, a wanted criminal in Srilanga and that they are conducting the investigation regarding the whereabouts of that accused and the petitioner has not been subjected to any harassment by the respondent police. 3.Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police that there is no case as against the petitioner and that the respondent police have not harassed the petitioner, this Criminal Origional Petition is closed.
