2. The petitioner was aged 80 years at the time of filing the writ petition that was filed some eight years ago.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that if the petitioner still has any subsisting grievance, she will have to work out her remedy in terms of G.0.(Ms) No.478 Revenue and Disaster Management, Revenue Administration Wing RA-3(2) Section dated 29.09.2022. It is further stated that if any application is filed in terms of the aforesaid Government Order, the second respondent shall dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks after receipt of the same. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
