PRAYER :-Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to expedite the trial in O.S No. 06 of 2013, on the file of District Munsif Court at Thiruvadanai as early as possible, more particularly within the time limit as framed by this Court. ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to the Court below to expedite the trial in O.S No. 06 of 2013, on the file of District Munsif Court at Thiruvadanai.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 1 and 2, notice to the respondents 1 and 2 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioners, who are the plaintiffs, filed OS No.06/2013 for declaration and permanent injunction. Since the said suit is pending from the year 2013, the petitioners are before this Court for speedy disposal of the same.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of OS No.06/2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
