The petitioner is a senior citizen. He alleges harassment at the hands of the third respondent. The petitioner has already moved the second respondent. Contending that action is not being taken, this criminal original petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions submitted that both the parties have agreed to appear before the second respondent today and he gives an assurance that the matter would be disposed of within a week.

3.Recording the said submission, the criminal original petition is disposed of.
