ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the State submitted the copy of the proceedings of the Inspector of Panchayat/District Collector, dated 02.09.2023 issued under Section 205-1(a) of Tamil Nadu Panchayats Act, 1994. It is contended that further actions will be followed without causing any lapse of time.

2.In view of the said submissions, no further consideration is required.
