This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for deliberate and willful disobedience of the order dated 27.04.2019 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6235 of 2019. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that pursuant to the order dated 27.04.2019, the respondent police conducted enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner and concluded that police protection cannot be given to the petitioner.
