The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition for directing the third respondent to preserve the petition mentioned CC TV footage.

2.It appears that it is necessary for establishing the petitioner's innocence. Therefore, the third respondent is directed to preserve the CCTV footage in the form of pendrive and also file the same before the jurisdictional Court. The third respondent will also have an authenticated copy of the same. The third respondent shall maintain the integrity of the footage.
