ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to demarcate and refix the boundaries of the property situated in Survey No. 70/12 (0-99.50 Hectares) 70/14(0-89.50 Hectares), 70/16(0-99.50 Hectares) & 70/17(0-89.50 Hectares) situated at Therkuchandanur Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District, by considering the petitioner's application dated 17.06.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeya Priya, learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2.

3. By consent of both the parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2/6

4. According to the petitioner, he purchased the above mentioned property under a four different sale deeds registered as Document Nos.622 of 2025, 586 of 2025, 2274 of 2025 and 1708 of 2025. The petitioner produced Patta for the subject property situated in S.No.70/16 and S.No.70/17 respectively. The Patta for the property in S.No.70/12 and S.No.70/14 stands in the name of the petitioner and one Nagaraju. The petitioner submitted an application on 17.06.2025 in A.No. 2025/0123/23/009231, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate who takes notice for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

6. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 17.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date 3/6

of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, co-pattadhars, other neighboring land owners and other interested parties.

7. The writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
