[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Mr.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that since the Villagers objected for locating the Assistant Engineer's office in the premises belonging to the contempt petitioner, the authorities have chosen another place and have established the office at Karukkakurichi Village, at Karambakudi Taluk, Pudukottai District.

2.The petitioner cannot insist that the office should be located in his property.

3.It is open to the respondents to establish an office at any place that they deem suitable. We see no reason for proceeding in Contempt and the Contempt Petition is dismissed. No costs.
