ORDER

The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of proceedings in I.D.O.P.No. 915 of 2021 from the file of Family Court, Madurai to the file of Family Court, Theni, since she is residing at Periyakulam. The Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. Though the notice served on the respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list, no one has appeared either in person or through counsel.

3. Considering the convenience of petitioner / wife, the Transfer CMP is allowed and the IDOP.No.915 of 2021 pending on the file of Family Court, Madurai is withdrawn and transferred to the file of Family Court, Theni, to be heard and disposed of in accordance with law. The Family Court, Madurai is directed to transmit the papers to the file of the Family Court, Theni forthwith. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
