ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty as Head Master in the third respondent School. 2.Even at the time of filing of the writ petition, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4

W.P(MD)No.3873/2014 petitioner was aged about 57 years and now she would be around 62 years old. Under these circumstances, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition to direct the respondents to permit the writ petitioner to join duty as Head Master cannot be granted. If at all any other grievance exist, the writ petitioner has to approach the competent authority.

3.With these observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
