ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner reports no instructions. The letter sent by the learned counsel to the writ petitioner through registered post has been returned with an endorsement "not known" on 12.12.2022. 2.The petitioner challenges the order passed by the Government under Section 70 of the Chits Fund Act, 1982. The petitioner is a subscriber in the chit conducted by the third respondent. The petitioner had defaulted. The third respondent availed arbitral remedy. The award dated 27.01.2012 was passed by the second respondent. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed appeal. The appeal was also dismissed on 2/4

19.08.2013. I went through the grounds set out in affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The second respondent as well as the first respondent have carefully considered the materials on record and held against the petitioner. No interference is called for and the writ petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
