The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed with the following prayer:

"to withdraw the H.M.O.P.No.729 of 2025 on the file of the Learned Family Court, Madurai and transfer the same to the Learned Sub Court, Alandur, Chengalpattu." 2.Mr.D.S.Haroon Rasheed, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he do not want to press this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition on the instructions of his client and that he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner. 4.Accordingly, in view of the submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed 2/4

as withdrawn. Interim order, if any, granted stands vacated and the file is consigned to record. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
