ORDER
The Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from seizing the vehicle bearing Register No.TN-58-AB-7611 without following the due process of law.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the vehicle was seized by the first respondent and that the petitioner has given a letter stating that no further action is necessary.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would also submit that the vehicle was seized and that the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor may be recorded.
4. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 26.08.2022 das 2/3
