This writ petition has been filed challenging the impugned order of the second respondent dated 20.04.2013 and quash the same and consequently, to direct the respondents to pay all monetary and service benefits with arrears.

2.When the writ petition is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order of termination was recalled, on 29.11.2019. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. 3.In view of the above, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
