ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner /Accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 498(A) and 506(ii) of IPC in 1/3

Crime No.4 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that there is a matrimonial dispute between the second respondent/defacto complainant and her husband/A1. Hence, the de-facto complainant lodged a complaint before the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent and he has not committed the offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.sdie) appearing for the State. 5.It is seen from the order annexed in the typed set of papers itself that on 08.08.2024, the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Theni, has already enlarged the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Therefore, the present petition for anticipatory bail cannot be entertained.
