ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to survey and issue computerized patta in his name in respect of the property situated in S.No.72/6 situated at Inam Kovilpatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, by considering his representation dated 24.06.2025.

2. Heard Ms.P.Kalaiyarasi Bharathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who took notice for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. According to the petitioner, he purchased the above mentioned property under two sale deeds dated 18.09.1996 and 11.02.1997. The petitioner submitted an application on 24.06.2025 in application No. 2025/0123/15/007772 seeking survey of the property and issuance of separate patta. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before 2/5

this Court.

4. Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 2 & 3 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 24.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording a reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
