ORDER

A civil suit in O.S.No.1603 of 2010 was pending between the petitioner who was a plaintiff and the fourth respondent herein. Pending the civil suit, the petitioner had apprehension that the second and third respondents might interfere with the said suit, thereby, swaying the course of decision which the learned District Munsif would take, before whom the suit was pending.

2. Mr.S.Shanmugavel, learned Additional Government Pleader, appears for respondents 1, 2 and 3.

3. A Counter had been filed that the complaint given by the fourth respondent for which CSR Number was given, had been subsequently closed. The civil suit itself had proceeded in its normal course and I am informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he had obtained favourable orders of injunction on the conclusion of the civil suit in which the injunction is still in force.

4. No further orders are required in the present Writ Petition. This Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
